Dry January Event

We are encouraging you and your friends to go 31 days without alcohol this January! – say no to the booze and yes to raising money for those who provide vital support for people affected by homelessness in Rugby.

Kicking the alcohol for a month also has the following benefits:

  • Feel more energetic and get more things done
  • Sleep better or even snore less
  • Cut the boozy calories and lose weight

And last but not least, every pound you raise will go towards the vital work of Hope4 in Rugby. The benefits don’t have to stop when our appeal ends – and if you drink less in the long term, it could make a real difference to your long term health.

Join us on Thursday 7th February at the Merchants Inn in Rugby at 7.30pm to celebrate the end of Home and Dry in January.
